We have over 20 years experience within the development and construction industry.  Project experience has involved residential refurbishment, new build residential housing, high end residential apartments, structural alterations, city centre developments, ground remediation, façade retentions, RC frame structures, commercial property, leisure centres, competition swimming pools, existing shopping centre alterations, new build shopping centres and student accommodation.

  • Feasibility Costing - Review of your planning drawings or sketch plans to provide an indication of the anticipated budget for the project or development.

  • Cost Planning - A detailed costing, with all the build elements broken down into individual sections. This can also be used when carrying out a tender analysis to cross compare against contractor’s quotes.

  • Schedule of Works - A fully detailed schedule of works for you to send out to your contractors. 

  • Bill of Quantities - Produced from detailed drawings, this document is a full ‘take off’ and measure to itemise the works on the drawings. 

  • Tender Analysis - Analysis service which compares the costings returned by your contractors. Using our experience we can highlight risks and deficiencies in the tender returns.

  • Value Engineering - We will look at various methods to cut back the scheme or reduce the specification to get the project value to the desired budget level or to increase profit margin.

  • Contract Documents - We can either review or produce bespoke construction contracts and appointments.

  • Development Advice - Project review to ascertain potential construction costs prior to committing to a purchase. 

  • Pre-Start Meeting - This is to ensure any issues are ironed out prior to the commencement of the project.

  • Valuations & Site Visits - Used to monitor construction progress and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.  We will also help you monitor and manage any variations on the project. 

  • Final Account Settlement- Assistance in closing out any outstanding issues including dispute resolution and bringing the project to a smooth closure including any release of retention monies.



  • Budget Estimates - We can help you produce a budget estimate which gives your client an outline of the anticipated costs based on assumptions of the elements of the build.

  • Full Estimates - Fully detailed estimates that are broken down into each element and section of the build.  We will provide you with a labour, material and profit split that is based on the information provided.

  • Contract Documents - We can either review or produce bespoke construction contracts and appointments.

  • Valuations & Site Visits - If you find your project is coming in over your anticipated budget and want to make savings, we will look at various methods to cut back the scheme or reduce the specification to get the project value to the desired level.  We will also advise regarding anticipated cash flow

  • Final Account - We will do a full review of the project to ensure everything has been valued correctly and ensure all monies are claimed for works completed on site.
